For Lewisfoods, the choice of client is as important an issue as the choice of a food service company must be to any potential client. We are committed to partnership in the real sense of it's meaning. Out on-site financial records are open to our partners for review at any time.

Quality

Lewisfoods guarantees customer satisfaction in both the quality of food service. We focus on creating value for the client in both product and pricing. This long-term strategy is not sacrificed for short-term gain. However, our experience has convinced us that quality performance is dependent on management capability and high staff morale - neither of which necessarily require additional expense or lead to a less cost effective operation. We always seek to achieve a balance between quality and cost.

Care

Lewisfoods demands that staff, from the senior managers down, show a high degree of commitment to each contract. Staff must feel a degree of "pride and ownership" and consequently be directly accountable for all aspects of each contract.
